Buddha in a Traffic Jam – INDICA Illinois
On 19th August 2017, Indica Illinois hosted the screening of the film “Buddha in a Traffic Jam” at the Northern Illinois University in Naperville. The film “Buddha in a Traffic Jam” is a socio-political drama, written and directed by prominent Bollywood filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri.
The chief guest at the special screening of this film was eminent author, academician and poet, Prof Makarand Paranjpe. The screening of the film was followed by a talk by Vivek Agnihotri and his wife Pallavi Joshi, who has portrayed a key role in this film and is a National award-winning actress herself.

On 26th August 2017, Indica New Jersey organised the special screening of filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri’s film Buddha in a Traffic Jam at Big Cinemas in Edison, NJ. The screening of the film was followed by a talk by the filmmakers. Vivek Agnihotri and his wife Pallavi Joshi, who has portrayed a key role in this film and is a National award-winning actress herself, spoke about the challenges they had to face during the making and screening of this unique film.

On 27th August 2017, Indica New York hosted the screening of the film Buddha in a Traffic Jam at UnionDocs in Brooklyn, NY. The screening of the film was followed by a thought-provoking talk by the filmmakers Vivek Agnihotri and his wife Pallavi Joshi. Their informative talk on the challenges they faced while making Buddha in a Traffic Jam was followed by an interactive Q&A session with the audience.
