Civilization – Counter Religion, Continuity and Collapse – Part VI with Rjrasva

This section continues upon the subject of Japan and its various encounters with counter-religion.

We start from the Meiji Era and study the events leading up to the 1905 Russo-Japanese war. The European Christian power that was Imperial Russia came up against an expansionary, pagan, non-white power and found support for themselves among other European Christian power as England and Germany.

However, at this point in time, the United States which was beginning to exercise power across the Pacific, saw a potential partner and a future Christian nation in Japan.

However, when they found an alternative potential Christian leader in Chiang Kai Shek, the focus of Western powers turned against Japan.

From here, we study the impact of the Japanese victory in 1905, including the study of this phenomenon by Indian thinkers such as Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Subramania Bharati.

From here, we go into the factors leading towards the conflict of Japan and US in WW2.

We explore some lesser known facts about the Soviet Union’s designs for Japan, their interest in the Northern Islands of Japan and explore the theory that the Atomic Bomb on Japan was a warning of sorts to the Soviet Union.

After the Japanese capitulation and the Emperor’s renunciation of the Royal Family’ claim to divinity, fresh attempts at Christianization under the Governorship if MacArthur continued.

We conclude with an analysis of modern attempts by Islam and the new Woke religion of America to gain a foothold in Japan.
