Advaita Academy is pleased to announce ‘Global Festival of Oneness 2020,’ celebrating one of the foremost thinkers and socio-cultural architects in the history of mankind from the Indian sub-continent – Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya (Shankara).
Advaita Academy was founded in August 2010 with a vision to make the profound teachings of the non-dual Darshana of Advaita Vedanta, which is the zenith of the Vedas, to reach one and all using the technological advances of the current age. Over the last 9 years, Advaita Academy has emerged as the largest video platform dedicated to the dessimination of Hindu Shastras and Advaita philosophy having more than 10,000 videos from around 50 Gurus, Acharyas, and Vidwans belonging to various Sampradayas on its platform.
As humanity is currently going through one of its toughest crisis, now more than ever, Shankara’s teachings of Oneness and Individual Leadership are still relevant today, and much needed in these times of heightened uncertainty and anxiety. Through this month-long festival, we hope to bring to the world a sense of unity, empowerment and interdependence between people, nature and the planet as a whole.
Starting on his birth anniversary – April 28 2020, we will feature more than 150 Sages, Academics, Thinkers, Researchers, Seekers, Teachers, Public Leaders, Artists to share Shankara’s life and works across multiple dimensions that include Leadership, Philosophy, Oneness, Poetry, Personality Development, Entrepreneurship and more.
There will be two sessions each day:
