Indica Yoga presents a one-day workshop on the art & science of conscious relaxation – Yoga Nidra.
The Yogic tradition offers a wide range of practices and techniques for conscious relaxation of the mind. Yoga nidra is one simple yet impactful yogic practice leading the mind to deeper states of awareness and relaxation. This experiential workshop will guide you through the philosophy and practice of conscious relaxation with special focus on Yoga Nidra in a step-by-step manner.
There are no prerequisites for attending this workshop. Any aspirant can begin this practice earnestly.
