The protagonist of this novel is the politician Vivekanand Modi who wins the general elections and finds himself amidst a political storm. Amulya, the young heir to the vast political empire is forced to take the plunge and reluctantly make her political debut. Meanwhile, a Jinn is released from a magic lamp by Abdul Malik. 

The author Bhavesh Kansara brings in all the references to the current cultural and political landscape of India into a nicely woven story. He describes the present political landscape of India and describes the functioning of the media, Judiciary and the social activists through his satirical observations.
